2. Payment Policy

2.1. For all E-Bike Tours and Food Tours, full online payment is required at the time of booking.

2.2. For the City Tour with EZRaider, a deposit of €20 per driver and €10 per accompanying seat is required upon booking. Any remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no extra charge.

3.2. Cancellations/Reschedulings made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded.

3.3. If GOGO TOURS cancels a tour due to unavailability, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers are entitled to a full refund, including any deposit paid.

4. Tour-Specific Conditions and Safety Requirements

4.1. City Tour with EZRaider

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to operate an EZRaider vehicle. Individuals aged 14 to 18 may operate a vehicle only with written parental or guardian consent. Helmets are mandatory for all participants and are provided at no additional cost. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activity.

By participating in this tour, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with operating motorized vehicles. Participants are expected to follow all instructions and warnings provided by the instructor. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund. In the event of an accident directly caused by a participant’s failure to follow such instructions or warnings, the participant agrees to accept full responsibility for any damage caused to third parties or to the vehicle. GOGO TOURS is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings. Participants also consent to receive emergency medical assistance if necessary.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participants grant GOGO TOURS permission to use any photos or video footage taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

GOGO TOURS is committed to ensuring the safety and reliability of its fleet and is responsible for the regular maintenance and safe operating condition of all EZRaider vehicles. In the event of an accident caused by a mechanical failure or malfunction resulting from improper maintenance, GOGO TOURS accepts full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred.

Participants are required to immediately inform a GOGO TOURS team member if they feel unsafe or are unable to operate the vehicle at any point during the tour.

Vehicles must not be operated under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or motor skills. 'Intoxicated' refers to any physical or mental state in which a person’s ability to safely control the vehicle is compromised, as determined by GOGO TOURS staff, and in accordance with local laws and regulations. GOGO TOURS reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual suspected of being intoxicated, without refund.

4.2. E-Bike Tours

Participants must be at least 13 years old, depending on the child's physical build and ability to ride a bicycle safely. All participants must be confident cyclists. Helmets are mandatory and are provided. Comfortable clothing is strongly recommended.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of safely cycling on public streets. You also acknowledge and accept full responsibility for participating in the tour under any weather conditions present on the day of the activity.

4.3. Food Tours

Participants are responsible for informing GOGO TOURS of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the tour. GOGO TOURS does not accept liability for allergic reactions if no prior notice has been given. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

5. Participant Responsibility

All participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. GOGO TOURS reserves the right to deny service to anyone posing a risk to themselves or others.

6. Waiver Requirement

By accepting these Terms and Conditions during the booking process, the person making the reservation confirms that all participants included in the booking have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement acts as an electronic waiver of liability for each participant.
It confirms that all individuals are aware of and accept the inherent risks involved in the activity, are in appropriate physical condition to participate, and release GOGO TOURS (Charalampos Poulantzas) and its affiliates from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
For participants under the age of 18, these Terms and Conditions must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf. Participation in any tour is contingent upon this acceptance.

7. Weather Policy

Tours will proceed in light rain or mild weather. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, GOGO TOURS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

8. Modifications

GOGO TOURS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our booking platforms.

PERSONAL DATA

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
